Gearing up for WKA’s 45th edition of Daytona International Speedway Kartweek, World Karting has made all three event registration platforms available concurrently. With great interest in this year’s Daytona Kartweek already buzzing, Officials felt it was important to get the important details out to the racers. As always, WKA Membership is required to participate at Daytona Kartweek.
Vega Tires National Road Racing
As in past years, Road Racing paper entry forms are available online, along with WKA National Class Structures. Garage spaces are going fast, and can be reserved by contacting the WKA Office at 704-455-1606.
Maxxis Tire Speedway Dirt Daytona Championship
Entries for Speedway is available online, through the Speedway Dirt Page. The specified tires for all classes will be Maxxis HT3. Pit Space Parking can be arranged by calling 609-326-3741, M-F 9am-5pm EST, or emailing mike@worldkarting.com. UAS will be offered only with a minimum of 14 prepaid entries by December 2.
Bridgestone Manufacturers Cup
Much of the Manufacturers Cup has been enhanced for 2020. We have added the Rok Cup Classes and enhanced the race format. Here are a few reminders to help during the registration process;
- Most importantly, Manufacturers Cup PRIZE PACKAGES will be announced in the next couple of days!
- Early Bird Discounts are available for racers registering by November 27. Tiered Pricing will be employed after November 27, with the next pricing level cutting off December 10. After December 10, “at-track” registration pricing will take affect.
- Qualifying Order for all classes will be determined by order of Pre-Entry only. Drivers who pre-entered first will be lined up for Qualifying first, and so on.
- Pit Space Parking is going fast, and can be secured by calling 609-326-3741, M-F, 9am-5pm EST, or emailing mike@worldkarting.com.
- Due to lack of participation in 2019, IAME X30 Senior will NOT be offered at Daytona.
